Hainam Chicken Chop @ Sin Bee Chew, Butterworth

Hainanese Chicken Chop 海南雞扒

You won't get this dish on Hainan Island in China,
in fact you won't get it outside of Malaysia and Singapore
as this is a British colonial legacy shared by both our countries.
A dish created by the Hainanese who worked for English households
using tomato ketchup, worcester sauce, potato chips and peas.

Sin Bee Chew a restaurant that serve halal Chinese Hailam Food.

Beside the famous Hainan Chicken Chop,
Hokkien Char, Fried Rice, and some of the Chinese Hainan dishes also not bad,
like Asam Prawn, Curry Fish, Inchi Kabin Chicken and etc

Cincau bandung ...GOOD!

Always hot and crispy.
It always make me feel satisfied. HOJIAK
