Famous Penang Char Koay Teow at Ayer Itam

 Char Koay Teow  Stir - Fried "Flat Rice Noodle"
炒粿條, pronounced chhá-kóe-tiâu
Ingredient of Penang Version of Char Koay Teow must include bean sprouts, fresh cockles,
Garlic chives, eggs, and chinese sausage is an optional.
For Penang Lang this Char Kway Teow is all time favourite,
will take it on breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner or even supper. 




Excellent Cafe or called it Xin Ya Zhou in Chinese (新亚洲美食中心)
It is near to the Ayer Itam Penang Hill Round About,
 just opposite the CIMB bank (Ayer Itam Branch)



 I think a lot of Penang Nites will feel this couple face look very familiar.
They have been running this business for quite some time.
One of the famous Char Koay Teow stall in Penang.

Their Char Koay Teow got their own specialty taste.
The texture of the Koay Teow they fried is different with others.
Unique delicious and Hojiak.

in morning section a lot of people queuing in front of his stall.
Craving for the hot and delicious Indian bread(Roti Canai) for their breakfast.
