Talking about buffet many people will just think about Evegreen Laurel , City Bayview or Cititel. Many people will forget the Berjaya Georgetown Hotel, maybe cause of the size of the Cafe. The Coffee House is a bit small, it can just cater about 100 people.
But with the special promotion, now Berjaya Georgetown Hotel provides a very interesting buffet with a very good price. The most attractive thing is the famous ice-cream in the world ...... Yeah... it is Häagen-Dazs
We enjoyed the Friday Sea Food buffet dinner that night. It costs Rm 35 per pax but because of group booking we get 30% discount so we can enjoy a Sea Food buffet dinner with unlimited Häagen-Dazs ice-cream for just RM25. Envy leh? :)
The Nestum prawn although is large enough, but not so fresh. Still consider OK in Hotel Buffet, it is better compared to those I tried before in other Hotel buffet.
The cold crabs and the sweet sour crabs were fresh enough. It's just that the crabs were a bit small. However, I prefer eating crabs in house or seafood stall.
Thumbs up for this smoke raw salmon fish. Fresh and tasty, the delicious taste is just hard to describe. Try it yourself!
The 2nd popular food in this buffet, everyone like this deep fried golden squid.
I think you already know what is the most popular food in this buffet, yeah ... BINGO! It is the Häagen-Dazs ice-cream. Most people took more than 2 scoops. There's a waiter incharge to serve you the Häagen-Dazs ice-cream to prevent people from messing up the ice-cream, but you still can eat all you can. I took 6 scoops of the ice-cream, already worth the money I paid for this buffet;) I like Strawberry Cheese flavour the most. Haagen Dazs ice-cream...yeah...it makes me feel on top of the world!

Hmm... the ice-cream seem delicious. Can I know how many people I need to get so that they can offer me such a special price(RM25)? My frens and I might consider to go there this week.
There were more than 40 of us the other day + it was special arrangement. But anyway, if u have Sunshine Card, u can have 20% discount as well. So it's only RM28nett per pax. Consider very cheap already i think. The usual price is RM35nett. Well, go and have a try!:)
