Home Made Penang Style Sushi

Sushi
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, Japanese cuisine sushi (寿司, 鮨, 鮓?) is vinegar rice, usually topped with other ingredients, such as fish.

But we can put what we love in this vinegar rice. In this modern time, people like to talk about fusion, food also can cross over with different kinds of cuisine. The most important is we love the food we make and can accept it.

I used tuna fish, crabstick, eggs, luncheon meat and sausages the ingredients, but the sushi rice I still follow the traditional sushi rice recipe, it is cook using the Japanese rice, Japanese Vinegar and a bit of salt to taste.
