HomeMade Steamboat

7th July 2010 is a historic day for Penang in commemorating the inscription of George Town by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Although Penang government declared that this day is a Holiday, but not all of us can enjoy this holiday in our company. Only my lovely wife can enjoy this holiday, and I so appreciate that she spend her holiday to make out this delicious steamboat for my dinner.


Delicious soup based with deep fried fish and spare ribs.
(HOJIAK HOJIAK)

Home made special sauce (LAM CHIOK)
dark soya sauce with onion, cili padi, sugar, lime and homemade sambal


Pee hu (扁鱼)
after frying the fish, just blend it to sprinkle into the soup-superb!
