Goh Huat Seng is a restaurant that serves a lot of delicious Teochew cuisine. They have a lot of Teowchew signature dishes and if you know mandarine you can see the menu in their notice board or else you can only have their limited menu from the staff. But most of the food lover will go for their traditional charcoal steamboat with Teochew fish soup.

My favourite seafood would be their fresh prawn and fish meat. After put them in the soup , the soup will become so much more delicious. I call it soup of heaven!
